1. The agreement
By using Pomi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a contract between you and Northstack Studio.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pomi. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. What you can do
You may use the service for personal or commercial focus tracking, on as many devices as you own. You may not resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer the apps, or use the service to harass others.
4. Subscription & billing
- Two plans are available: Weekly ($2.99/week) and Annual ($29.99/year). Both unlock the full feature set.
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Your content
Tasks, notes, and session history you create are yours. You grant us a limited license only to store, sync, and display this content to you and the people you share it with (for team plans). We will never read, sell, or train AI models on your content.
6. Uptime & service changes
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you depended on, we will give you 60 days notice and prorate any refund owed.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. In serious cases (fraud, abuse), we may act without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by your local jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your local jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If the change is material, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
